Notes
• Important: The discount is applied to the ticket price, regardless of whether the purchase is made in advance. The benefit is not cumulative with promotional prices in effect at the time of purchase or visit;
• Before finalizing your purchase, check other promotions and products that you may benefit from;
• Download your passes directly from the BCW+ app and present them through the app at our access turnstiles. They can also be presented in PDF format on an electronic device or printed.
DISCOUNT FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITY (PCD) OR ACCOMPANYING PERSON
Valid for persons with disabilities and their necessary accompanying person, upon presentation:
I - of the Continuous Social Assistance Benefit card for the person with a disability;
II - of a document issued by the National Institute of Social Security (INSS) confirming retirement under the criteria established in Complementary Law No. 142, of May 8, 2013.
*The documents presented in items I and II must be accompanied by an identification document valid throughout the national territory.
• Priority Service: Persons with disabilities, the elderly, and pregnant women have priority service. Visit the Visitor Service – SAV to receive the PCD identification.
PRICE PER PERSON. The discount is valid for both the person with a disability and their accompanying person, but the purchase must be made individually.
Each person with a disability is entitled to only one (01) accompanying person.

• Dear visitor, if you have any type of illness, disability (physical or mental – temporary or permanent), or use fixed or mobile prostheses, before purchasing your pass, check the restrictions of the attractions available at the park, which can be done through the website on the attractions icon or by emailing: restricoes@betocarrero.com.br; • Each ride has specific characteristics and technical standards to be followed, for safety reasons, the restrictions take into account the physical structure of the user and the health condition at the time. Please consult a monitor. • Promotion is not cumulative with other promotions and discounts available during the same period; • Food is not allowed in the park; • Attention: The company reserves the right to alter the number and schedule of attractions and electronic equipment due to security reasons, weather conditions, or force majeure without prior notice.
