Description
With this pass, you can have fun for 2 days at the park's attractions, except for optional attractions that are charged separately. Click here to see our optional paid attractions. Notes
• On the day of the visit, the customer must present the Entrance Passport (E-ticket) either printed or in PDF format on an electronic device directly at the turnstiles, using the document used for the purchase; • People with disabilities, elderly individuals, and pregnant women have priority for service. Please consult a monitor; • Download your passports directly on the BCW+ app and present it through the app at our access turnstiles. It can also be presented in PDF format on an electronic device or printed; • Children up to 4 years old do not pay for the access passport upon presenting their original identity card or birth certificate; • From 12 years old, it is mandatory to present an identity document.
Restrictions
• Promotion valid for advance purchases until 30/01/2025, according to the selected date and availability; • Limited quantities per batch, with price adjustments for each new batch without prior notice; • Valid only for the selected date at the time of purchase. It is not valid for use on another date without prior request for a change. The price may change, and the difference must be paid for the pass on the new date; • Remember that the 2nd day is valid for use up to 7 days after the first visit date (checking for park open days within this period). Since it is a single product, no refunds or credit notes are issued for the 2nd day, and it must be used within 7 days after the 1st visit date. • Dear visitor, if you have any kind of illness, disability (physical or mental – temporary or permanent), or use fixed or removable prostheses, before purchasing your pass, check the restrictions for the available attractions, which can be done through the website at the attractions icon or via email: restricoes@betocarrero.com.br; • Each ride has specific characteristics and technical standards to be followed. For safety reasons, the restrictions take into account the user's physical structure and health condition at the time; • Promotion is not cumulative with other promotions and discounts; • For security reasons, at any time, for a non-presential transaction, you may be asked to provide a photo of both sides of the original document along with a selfie of the cardholder holding the original document; • Check our operating calendar by clicking here; • Attention: The company reserves the right to change the quantity and timing of attractions and electronic equipment for safety, weather conditions, or force majeure reasons without prior notice.
