Notes
• On the day of the visit, the customer must present the Entrance Pass (E-ticket) either printed or in PDF format on an electronic device directly at the turnstiles, along with the document used for the purchase; • People with disabilities, elderly individuals, and pregnant women have priority service. Please consult a monitor; • Download your passes directly on the BCW+ app and present them through the app at our access turnstiles. They can also be presented in PDF format on an electronic device or printed; • Children up to 4 years old do not need to pay for the access pass when presenting their original identity card or birth certificate; • From 12 years old, it is mandatory to present an identity document; • Passes are personal and non-transferable.
Restrictions
• Promotion valid for advance purchases until 12/30/2024, according to the selected date and availability; • Limited quantities per batch; each new batch will have a price adjustment without prior notice; • Use is valid only for the selected date at the time of purchase. It will not be valid for use on another date without prior request for change. The price may be adjusted, and any difference will need to be paid for the pass on that day; • Dear visitor, if you have any type of illness, disability (physical or mental – temporary or permanent), or use fixed or mobile prostheses, please check the restrictions of the available attractions before purchasing your pass. You can do this through the website in the attractions section or by emailing: restricoes@betocarrero.com.br; • Each ride has specific characteristics and technical standards to be followed. For safety reasons, restrictions take into account the user's physical structure and health condition at the time; • Promotion valid only for advance purchases; • Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions and discounts; • For security reasons, at any time, for a non-presential transaction, you may be asked to provide a photo of the front and back of the original document with a selfie of the cardholder holding the original document; • Check our operating calendar by clicking here; • Attention: The company reserves the right to change the quantity and schedule of attractions and electronic equipment for security reasons, weather conditions, or force majeure without prior notice.
