• On the day of the visit, the customer must present the Entrance Pass (E-ticket) either printed or in PDF format on an electronic device directly at the turnstiles, along with the document used for the purchase. • People with disabilities, elderly individuals, and pregnant women have priority service. Please consult a monitor. • Download your pass directly through the BCW+ app and present it via the app at our access turnstiles. It can also be presented in PDF format on an electronic device or printed. • Children up to 4 years old do not need to pay for access, with the presentation of their original identity or birth certificate. • For individuals 12 years or older, an identity document is required. • Passes are personal and non-transferable.

• Promotion valid for advance purchases until 09/29/2025, according to the selected date and availability; • Limited quantities per batch, with price adjustments without prior notice for each new batch. • The pass is valid only for the date selected at the time of purchase and cannot be used on another date without prior alteration request.
